Melick: You lookin' at me? NCAA comes up with a loser of an idea
While in the course of running free and clear for a touchdown, the player carrying the football suddenly decides to look over his shoulder.
Was he: ¶
A) Taunting the defense for not being able to catch him? ¶
B) Looking back to see if anyone was going to catch him? ¶
What's the difference? That's what the NCAA might soon ask its officials to determine, and in a matter of the few seconds it takes for the player to cross the goal line.
