ASU football meets with SMU’s June Jones
According to reports, Arizona State officials met Saturday with Southern Methodist coach June Jones.
KTAR radio personality Paul Calvisi, citing multiple sources, reported that ASU had spent “a good part” of Saturday meeting with Jones. The Republic learned Friday that ASU had interest in Jones, but has not been able to confirm Saturday’s meeting.
A message left for Jones’ agent, Leigh Steinberg, was not immediately returned. Jones, 58, has both college and pro experience.
