Mike Bianchi: New Bucs coach Greg Schiano is taking over NFL version of Rutgers

Give the Tampa Bay Buccaneers an “A” for the hiring of Rutgers coach Greg Schiano.

An “A” for “Amusing.”

An “A” for “Attention-grabbing.”
