9. Is this the year when Dan Mullen decides to jump ship on Mississippi State?
If he wins nine games, which he still has a good chance of doing, doesn’t Mullen have to examine everything from a realistic perspective and acknowledge that he’s taken the Bulldogs about as far as he can?

I love it when media people make these type of suggestions. MSU may not be the ultimate destination in college football today, but there are only a hand full of places that have greater potential. Do you think Mullen could do more at Auburn or TN than at MSU? We are on top of those programs right now- granted we still have a few programs to conquer, but we have not hit the ceiling. BTW is Mullen really bigger than Mississippi State University? That is what is being implied. There may be other places with bigger stadium’s, but they don’t have bigger games. At least to my knowledge, there are no openings in Baton Rouge, Tuscolousa, Austin, etc… If we stay the course, we can break through the ceiling.
